Quick Update

Tuesday, 15.May 2012

A few weeks ago my iMac harddrive broke, wich forced me to delay upcoming articles. Anyway, just before that happened, I got a little deeper into SproutCore research, wich lead me to an exciting and oh so similar framework called Ember.js. The similarity has an actual reason, since Ember.js originated from what was once named "SproutCore 2.0".

So as a quick update I'd like to inform you that I'm already in editorial for some new articles wich will switch directly from SproutCore to Ember.js, since it fits my needs and interests a little more. Of course you don't have to forget about what we have learned so far - we'll need all the basics and principles we learned in our SproutCore article before.

Another thing you may have noticed is the removal of the commenting section beneath the articles. Also the contact form is missing. This is the result of recent increasing spam bot attacks to my website, wich used the comments section and the mailing formulas to spread spam all over the web from within my website. That forced me to take some action and consider some security precautions to maybe bring back these features in a safer way sometime.

So stay tuned for updates and feel free to contact me via Twitter, Facebook, GooglePlus or E-Mail if you have questions. Oh, and thank you for your attention of course :)
